The 5 P’s provide a step-by-step process for turning your business around. They highlight the key areas that you must be paying attention to and assessing every day. If you aren’t getting the results you want, it will always come back to one of the 5 P’s.
So, what are the 5 P’s? Purpose/passion, people, plan, process, and pricing for profit.
To put it simply, your purpose fuels your passion. Once you know what you do and why you do it, the how becomes much simpler. From there, you need to hire the right people and create strong business plans and processes. Finally, you must price for profit, valuing yourself for all you’re worth.
Once you grasp the 5 P’s, you will be set with all you need to see if you’re on track in your business or if you’re lacking in some way. From there, you are well on your way to becoming a millionaire.
